Our Policy

Return and Exchange

Here is our return and exchange policy:

- Être will exchange damaged and defective products only if customers provide the unboxing video

- You have 14 days to return the damaged or defective product to our warehouse

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a message to notify you that we have received your returned item

- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange

- If your exchange is approved, we will send your new bottle within 1-2 working days

Can I get a refund on my order?

Être does not offer refunds. We strongly recommend you purchase our discovery set before purchasing the full bottle.
